Happy 48th Birthday Uncle Eli! :)


Sorry for the late update guys! i have been so much busy because of my school :(


Well I wanna share to you, the birthday party of my uncle held at his own home (August 12, 2012).

The birthday celebration is very simple, with a few visitors which is our relatives.

Even though the celebration is not that extravagant, We are still thankful for another year that have come to his life and many more years to come.

I will share to you the “handa” Birthday FOODS they have cooked :)

Here’s the Food GUYS! :)
(1) CRISPY PATA in Filipino :)
Taste the crispiest skin of the pork cooked at turbo boiler
while biting it you will here the crispiest bite. YUMMY! :)


(2) Caldereta Baka w/ it’s extra toppings (cheese)
Sorry you can’t see the cheese because it had sunk



(3) Chicken and Pork Adobo w/ fried potatoes in it
Taste the original Filipino adobo
I think this time the adobo has been over cooked, yet it is still delicious.


(4) Pansit Canton , The food that can’t be absent during every one’s birthday.!
The belief said it can give you a longer life. :)



(5) Delicious  Bulalo (Bone marrow of the Beef, soft meat, lipids around the bone :) with fresh assorted vegetables)
It is one of my favorite meals here on the Philippines




(6) Spaghetti (Filipino style), worldwide favorite especially the kiddos :)


(6) Dessert BANANA


(7) DESSERT Fruit Salad
Combination of different fruit cocktails with different kinds of milk (condensed, evap)



(8) Cake, You will not see a birthday without a cake! :)
Cake is the most special symbol of  every birthday’s we have





Well all i can say that, thank you for this wonderful event and opportunity that God has given us.
I really love foods! <3 :)
